Welcome Ashley, Glad to have you aboard. Yes, knitting is one of the great ones to relieve stress. Medical doctors even say so. The knitting board is go great because you can do it, pick it up again when you want. It is very easy on the hands and elbows as well. I do both needle and knitting board and much prefer the board. Welcome once again.
