This came ouf fabulous.   This is the first Christmas Gift to be put away.    Awesome.    I didn't use fringe because I'm not a fan of that.

It really turned out beautiful.  I made one of these last fall as a gift.  It only took a month to complete and I didn't work on it every day.  How long did yours take?  Also, what color of Homespun is this?  It really is pretty.

The color is Tudor and I really like that.   I purchased 10 skeins when it was on sale at Joann's and only used 5 for the afghan.   I really don't know how long it took because I work on lots of different things but - not too long - for sure.

Now I have 5 skeins left over and I'm making a homespun 3 seasons shawl for a Long Term Care patient.  It's one of the free shawl patterns on the AKB site.   I should be able to get two shawls out of what is left.   I make items for charity so I'm always working on something.

I'll post a picture of the shawls when I'm done - these won't take long.   I just started it a day or two ago and I'm almost done.

That's what I like about the knittingboard.  Thlings work up so quickly and look so professionally done.  You should consider going to the Lionbrand website and posting the picture of your afghan under that particular pattern for loom knitting.  It might encourage others to try it.

I took your advice.   I guess they have to approve it before it's posted so it should be on the Lionbrand site soon.
