Well for me I find anywhere is a great place for me to knit. Heck I knit at work, resteraunts, while my wife is driving. So for me it’s not so much the place, but the relaxation I feel from knitting that I enjoy.

Who said we have to knit in our rocking chairs? How cool for this knitting board knitter relaxing on a camping trip in Massechusetts! “I just tossed it into my backpack and was able to really relax after a day of hiking”.

My sofa, the balcony, my sister’s house, my office (during lunch, of course). People ask me questions about what it is that I’m doing. I’m glad to educate them that knitting doesn’t have to involve two long metal things.

I have been a knitter for 30 yrs and I just came across this kind of knitting and I am very impress on how fast you can knit with this. Right now I just started with the basic stitch but I really like the patter on the Baby Hat. I think it’ s call the english stitch . I can wait to have my book of instructions.
Hi Lyse, the pattern on the hat is Rib Stitch. It’s the vareigated yarn that creates the color changes. I have been a knitter for over 40 years and working with the knitting board now for about the last 8 years. I love both methods, but when you want the double knit, you can’t beat the knitting board.
